Service And Returns 
If an order is cancelled before dispatch we will credit the order back in full 
If the Order has left the warehouse we will cancel with the courier and send a refund minus the DHD charge 
Change Of Mind 
If a customer has a change of mind regarding a product the end customer has two options.  
Option one is for the customer to arrange the return of the item themselves; customer would be liable for any damage during transit 
Option two is for Giatalia to arrange collection and when the order is back here, we will send a refund minus delivery and collection charge. 


Service complaint 
If a customer has a service issue, we will need this form filling out and we will look to resolve the service within 48-72 hours 
Without all the details on the form we are unable to service the end customer, so it is especially important that all the relevant information is passed to us 
Giatalia covers all manufacturing faults for 12 months. If the service looks to be wear and tear or accidental damage from the customer we will not be able to service this at our charge. 
If a request comes through for a customer to buy a part i.e. Legs, top, seat; we are able to provide these at a cost (providing items are in stock) 
Please send any request for parts using the Order form and if applicable please provide images for clarity 
Giatalia endeavour to resolve all service complaints received. We will look to provide parts or as a last choice; replace the item. In the unfortunate event that we have no stock or are unable to settle the issue; we will collect the items and refund the monies.
